Colcom Foundation Supports Allegheny CleanWays’ Immaculate Collection Ahead of NFL Draft

When Pittsburgh welcomes the NFL Draft in 2026, the city will be in the national spotlight—and Allegheny CleanWays is making sure it shines. Allegheny CleanWays is spearheading the ambitious Immaculate Collection project, which aims to tackle litter and illegal dumping across the region, creating a cleaner, greener environment for residents and visitors alike.

The bold initiative to remove trash from streets, waterways, and public spaces before the draft includes the goal of cleaning up 100 miles of highways leading into and out of downtown Pittsburgh. This work not only prepares Pittsburgh for a major event but also establishes a lasting standard for combating litter long after the crowds leave.

Colcom Foundation is proud to support this important mission. Since 2008, the Foundation has partnered with Allegheny CleanWays to advance environmental stewardship in southwestern Pennsylvania. Colcom’s recent contribution to the Immaculate Collection reflects its shared commitment to preserving the natural beauty and livability of our communities. Projects like the Immaculate Collection are a reminder that sustainability is a team effort. Investing in cleaner neighborhoods today will create a healthier, more vibrant region for generations to come.
